DESCALING
This function allows you to descale the
machine using the integrated program.
Once the amount of water set for the
degree of hardness is reached, the
message
d e s c a l i n g
will appear on
the display. The machine should be
descaled no later than at this time.
Press the
MENU/OK
key. Use the
∧∧∧∧∧
or
∨∨∨∨∨
key to select the
d e s c a l i n g
function and then activate it with the
MENU/OK
key. The word
d e s c a l i n g
will be displayed.
Important: before starting the
descaling cycle, carefully read the
directions on Descaling par.9. Never
descale the brew group. That is to say,
never press the coffee-making buttons (18,
19 or 20), whenever there is a descaling
agent in the water container. You may
cause damage to the brew group.
DESCALING INDICATOR
The machine indicates after how many
litres of water (remaining quantity) it will
need descaling.
Press the
MENU/OK
key. Use the

key to select the

function and activate it with the

key.
