Advance Streaming Option
Select <OFF> and the Streaming Port and Streaming Protocol will be set
automatically according to the camera model selected. Alternatively, select
<ON> to manually set the Streaming Port and Streaming Protocol.
Streaming Port
Streaming port is used for transmitting video and related commands.
Streaming Protocol
Enter this item to select the streaming protocol of the IP camera. The DVR
supports the following streaming protocols: <RTP+RTSP>, <RTP/RTSP>,
<RTP/RTSP/HTTP>, and <HTTP>.
NOTE:
Please contact manufacturer of the IP camera for assistance if
the IP camera’s Management Port/ Streaming Port/ Streaming Format/
Streaming Protocol are unknown.
IP Dome Protocol
If the connected device is an IP Dome Camera, then select an appropriate IP
Dome Protocol from the provided options.
5.3.2.6 Device Setup
Enter this item to setup the basic settings of the IP camera. Upon entering this
item, the following message will be displayed.

If the connection cannot be detected, the following message will be displayed.
Please check the <Hostname/IP>, <Model>, and <Connection Setup> again
to make sure the settings are correct.
