5. Aufstellung/ Einbau
5.2 Erstaufstellung
5.2.1 Überprüfung vor Aufstellungsbeginn:
Pumpen- Nr. und Typ mit Lieferpapieren
vergleichen. Sichtprüfung ob Transport-
schäden vorliegen und die Lieferung
vollständig ist (Schadensmeldung).
Darauf achten, daß sich kein Verpackungs-
material in Hohlräumen der Pumpe und des
Elekromotors, z.B. Lüfterhaube befindet.
5.2.2 Aufstellung der Pumpe
Die Aufstellung von Maschinen und
Maschinenteilen muß durch entsprechend
qualifiziertes Personal, unter Beachtung der
geltenden Sicherheitsbestimmungen,
durchgeführt werden.
5.2.7 Elektrischer Anschluß,
Anschlußleitungen, Einschaltart

Der Anschluß von elektrischen Maschinen
muß durch entsprechend qualifiziertes
Personal, unter Beachtung der DIN-, VDE
Richtlinien und eventuell national geltenden
Regelungen sowie den Sicherheitsnormen
der Europäischen Gemeinschaft, erfolgen.

- Motor-,bzw. Betriebsanleitung beachten.
- Auf angegebene Drehrichtung achten,
siehe 6.2.5.
- Auf Stern- Dreieck- Umschaltungen
achten (Zeitrelais einstellen).
- Vor Drehrichtungskontrollen stets Pumpe
und Leitungen füllen.

5.2 Initial installation
5.2.1 Checking before beginning installation
Compare pump no. and pump type with order
confirmation and delivery note. Visual
checking referring to shipping damage and
completeness of delivery (damage notice).
Take care that there is no packing material
inside the pump or the motor e.g. fan hood.
5.2.2. Installation of the pump
The installation of machines and machine
components is to be executed by personel
qualified for the job under consideration of
the existing safety instructions.
5.2.7 Electrical connection, connecting
conduits, starting mode

The connection of electric machines is to be
executed by adequately qualified personel
under consideration of the DIN and VDE
directions or other local authorities. Pay
attention to section 2 „
Safety
“.
- Pay attention to motor data and operating
manual of the motor
- Attend to the direction of rotation
indicated (see item 6.2.5)
- Pay attention to the switch-over from the
star operation to the delta operation (set
time relay)
- Before controlling the direction of rotation,
always fill pump and conduits with liquid.
(see item 6.2.3 and 6.5.1)
