8.5.2 Disassemble
pump/unit
1. Loosen the pipe from the suction and pressure lines.
2. Loosen the screws attaching the motor feet to the foundation.
3. Remove the complete pump from the pipework.
8.5.3 Disassemble the coupling
1. Loosen the hexagon socket screws (914.2).
2. Remove the coupling guard (681) from the drive lantern (161).
3. Loosen the hexagon socket screws (914.1).
4. Remove the coupling (849) with the pin (569). Lay the coupling on a clean and even surface.

8.5.4 Disassemble the motor
WARNING
Risk of crushing due to the motor falling over.
Hang the motor from the lifting lugs or secure it from falling over.
Observe the manufacturer’s operating instructions!
The coupling must be disassembled before disassembly.
1. Loosen the hexagon socket screws (901.1) and washers (920.4).
2. Remove the motor (800).
