Check the motor protection switch and residual
current device.
Motor protection triggered.
Check whether the correct value is set. The correct
value (I

Fault:
No flow rate; motor turns
Possible cause
Solution
Pump shaft is faulty.
Replace shaft and seals.
Coupling is loose.
Tighten the connecting screws with the
recommended torque.
Fault:
Too low a flow rate and/or dynamic head
Possible cause
Solution
Suction and/or pressure valve is closed.
Open
shut-off
valves.
Air in the pump/pipe.
Ventilate
pump.
Assemble the suction line rising towards the pump.
Little or no intake.
Increase intake pressure.
Incorrect direction of rotation (3~).
Swap L1 and L2 in the three-phase power supply.
Suction line not ventilated.
Ventilate the suction line.
Pump is priming air due to a leak in the
suction line.
Maintain suction line.
The diameter of the suction line is too
small.
Increase the diameter of the suction line.
Too little flow rate in the water meter in
the supply line.
Increase water meter.
Foot valve is blocked.
Clean foot valve.
Pump/pump parts blocked due to
impurities.
Clean pump and pump parts.
O-Ring isn‘t resistant to the pumped
