5 Installation

5.3 Final assembly
After the installation of the main housing (pre-assembly kit):
1. Bonding the cable protective conduit and the outer air hose
( Fig. 9) .
2. Insert the O-ring (108) in the main housing (1) (Fig. 10) .
3. Screw the ten enclosed tapping screws (61) into the nozzle
housing. Place the pre-assembled nozzle housing (102.1) onto the
main housing (1) (Fig. 10) .
4. Lead the pneumatic hoses (47) and floodlight cables through the
protective conduit (14) and seal with the cable gland (20)
(Fig. 10) .
5. Fasten the internal air line (4) , which is already completely pre-
assembled at the nozzle housing (102.1) or air regulator, to the
main housing (1) with the hose clamp (9) (Fig. 10) .
6. Lead the pneumatic hoses through the lower or outer openings of
the nozzle housing
(102.1) (light ON/OFF left; pump ON/OFF
right); (Fig. 10)
7. Align the complete nozzle housing (102.1) to the main housing (1)
and fasten the ten pre-assembled tapping screws (61) (Fig. 10) .
Only tight the screws hand-tight. Do not use any force!
8. Place the suction panel (93) on the support ring (28) and fasten
with four plain washers (94) and four tapping screws (95)
(Fig. 11) . Take the mounting position into account!
Only tight the screws hand-tight. Do not use any force!
ATTENTION:
For safety reasons it is imperative that the suction panel is
mounted!
If the suction panel is not mounted, there is a danger of injury
through being pulled in.
All guarantee rights and claims for compensation are
rendered invalid for damage resulting from the suction panel
not being mounted or being mounting incorrectly.
