Specifying the PaaS (Printer as a Service) Setting with Web Image Monitor
After the machine's settings have been configured, perform the machine's PaaS server authentication.
Authentication requires your user ID and authentication key, which are provided by the sales representative with whom you signed
your contract.
The machine will not operate unless this setting is configured.
Launch the Web browser.
In the web browser's address bar, enter "http://(machine's IP address)/" to access the machine.
Using the menu on Web Image Monitor, select [PaaS (Printer as a Service) Setting].
Check that [Operation] is set to [Contract Registration].

Item Description
Contract Registration Select this to enter the Contract ID and Authentication Key after registration.
Contract Status Checking Select this if the machine stops operating.
The machine inquires of the server about its registration status.
Contract Cancel Select this to cancel the registration.
To cancel the registration, first contact your sales or service representative.
Device Replacement Select this to replace the machine you are using.
