Preparation Overview
The purpose of the preparation section is to help
you prepare your machine for operation. The list
below outlines the basic process. Specific steps
for each of these points will be covered in detail
later in this section.
The typical preparation process is as follows:
1.
Unpack the machine and inventory the
contents of the box/crate.
2.
Clean the machine and its components.
3.
Identify an acceptable location for the
machine and move it to that location.
4.
Level the machine and either bolt it to the
floor or place it on mounts.
5.
Assemble the loose components and make
any necessary adjustments or inspections to
ensure the machine is ready for operation.
6.
Connect the machine to the power source.
7.
Test run the machine to make sure it
functions properly and is ready for operation.
Serious personal injury could occur if
you connect the machine to power before
completing the setup process. DO NOT
connect power until instructed to do so later
in this manual.
