Holding the loudspeaker assembly by the installa-
tion aid, insert it into the opening. Using a Phillips
head screwdriver, turn one cam screw clockwise,
opening the cam. Continue rotation of the screw
until the cam tightens securely to the mounting
surface (PLEASE SEE FIG 25).
6.
Continue tightening all screws in a diagonal
sequence. NOTE: BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL
NOT TO OVER TIGHTEN THE CAMS/SCREWS! To
insure stability and proper operation, verify that all
cams are completely engaged and that the speaker
is firmly anchored to the surface.
7.
Remove installation aid from the loudspeaker.
8.
Align the Flush Mount Bezel (Part FMB-F) with the
speaker, assuring that bezel is not in contact with
the diaphragm edge, and snap into place. (please
see fig. 26)
INSTALLING THE CT12FH/FHT WITH THE
CSB-F CONCEALED SPLINE BEZEL
1.
Carefully insert the loudspeaker into the installa-
tion aid. (SEE FIG.27)
Holding the loudspeaker by the installation aid,
connect the speaker wiring to the correct (+) and
(-) loudspeaker pigtails or desired transformer taps
using a suitable method such as wire nuts, crimps,
or solder/shrink tubing. NOTE: Avoid dripping
solder onto any portion of the loudspeaker.

Examine the loudspeaker mounting system. Verify
that cams are in the closed position (flush to the
speaker). (please see fig. 28)

Utilizing the installation aid, insert the loudspeaker
into the opening, aligning the hardware with the
spline. (please see fig. 29). Loudspeaker must be
centered in the opening for the bezel to align and fit
between surrounding tiles. IMPORTANT: Be sure
speaker wires or other objects are not in contact
with the back of the loudspeaker surface to avoid
any noise or damage to the system when in
operation.
