Cleaning the machine
The machine should be cleaned and kept in perfect hygienic condition at the
end of every working day.
The following instructions should be carried out when cleaning the machine:

This should be done daily even for parts which are not normally accessible
by first removing the protecting covers secured with screws and in all cases
only after unpluging the machine.
Never use acid or base solutions for cleaning off marks, as they may
damage surfaces by aggressive chemical action; use tap water only.
Caution
Use only soft, plastic scrapers or brushes with soft bristles to
remove any remains of dough and/or flour from parts of the machine,
and for all othr cleaning operations. Do not use metal scrapers or
brushes.
