Noise
When running empty, the machine:
has a general noise level lower than 70 dBA;
as measured in places generally occupied by the machine operator par. 3.6,
at 1.6 m. height and 1 m. away from the machine, in the direction of max.
noise.
Measurement was carried out using an instrument model HD9019 K1 (serial
no. 2809946804) consisting of:
An integrated phonometer, model HD 9016
A probe HD 9019 S1
with specifications to the following standards:
IEC 651 CLASS 1
IEC 804 CLASS 1
IEC 225 1/3 OCTAVE FILTERS
IEC 537 WEIGHTING FILTER D
BS 6402 DOSE
based on the declaration of the instrument manufacturer, with compliance
certificate issued and updated after each regular calibration of the
instrument.

Food hygiene requirements
At the time of its dispatch by the manufacturer, the machine described in this
instructions, operations and maintenance manual complies with legal
regulations concerning the processing of foodstuffs; compliance status is
valid over time only if the machine is cleaned with extreme care at least
once a day, and maintained and inspected regularly, immediately replacing
any components designed for contact with foodstuffs (dough, flour, water,
etc.) which are damaged, worn or no longer suitable for the proper and
hygienic treatment of the foodstuffs. The manufacturer is not liable for any
deterioration caused by the improper and/or inadequate cleaning and/or
maintenance of its machines. Flour and/or residues of dough under the
machine should be removed by moving the machine after unplugging it.
Push the machine on its wheel -mounts as described in par. 3.3 last section,
vacuuming all residues from the base of the machine.
5.7
Risk of air-borne flour
For machines with tank guard ref. 3 Photo 1 on page 8 no particular risks
exist given that the remaining apertures are so small very little air-borne
flour can escape.
For machines fitted with regular apertures in steel rods, the machine
operator must always start at slow speed and maintain it for at least 2
minutes when the tank contains ingredients which are not fully blended, in
order to restrict air-borne flour which would be far greater at fast speed.
