Sound is distorted or broken when a Bluetooth connection is made.
A device using the 2.4 GHz frequency, such as a wireless LAN device, cordless telephone, or microwave oven, may
disturb the Bluetooth connection. Use your Walkman and connected Bluetooth audio device away from these
electronic devices.
Bluetooth communication is obstructed by, for example, metal, walls or people. Remove any obstructions or change
the location to enable proper communication.
The stability of communication depends on the bit rate setting and the usage environment.
The following measures may improve the connection status.
Place your Walkman and the Bluetooth device close to each other.
Set [Wireless playback quality] to [Prioritize connection].
Turn off the Wi-Fi function.
