NWZ-ZX1

Cannot hear sound from the connected Bluetooth audio device.

Check the volume on the connected Bluetooth audio device.
It may not be possible to adjust the volume of certain Bluetooth audio devices. Turn up the volume of your
Walkman.
Make sure your Walkman starts playback.
Turn on the connected Bluetooth device and make sure the Bluetooth function is activated.
Make sure the Bluetooth connection is not severed.
If your Walkman does not recognize playback operations on the Bluetooth audio device, the profile of the connected
Bluetooth audio device may not support AVRCP. Perform the operations on the Walkman.
