Prerequisites

The AWG2021 meets the prerequisites listed on page 4-7.

1. Use the test hookup and test equipment settings from the previous check.

2. Check offset accuracy:

Push the AWG2021 MANUAL TRIGGER button, and check that the
displayed step is Step 5.

Check that the DMM voltage reading is in the range from +2.470 V to
+2.530 V.

Push the AWG2021 MANUAL TRIGGER button, and check that the
displayed step is Step 6.

Check that the DMM voltage reading is in the range from –0.005 V to
+0.005 V.

Push the AWG2021 MANUAL TRIGGER button, and check that the
displayed step is Step 7.

Check that the DMM voltage reading is in the range from –2.530 V to
–2.470 V.

3. Check Option 02: If the AWG2021 has Option 02, repeat the Gain Accuracy

and Offset Accuracy Checks for the AWG2021 channel 2 (CH2).

4. End procedure: Disconnect the DMM.
