5. Power-on Sequence 

5.1. Power-on Sequence 

In the SS-HQ1 system, only initial operations for the DSP (CXD3172AR) are required after startup.   
Initial operations for the DSP assume that power has been supplied to the CCD and peripheral ICs. Connect 
reset input XRST (pin 11) to the reset circuit.   
We recommend that setting parameters of the SS-HQ1 system be stored in EEPROM. The initialization 
sequence varies depending on whether or not there are valid parameters in EEPROM.   
Please keep these things in mind when designing a system reset for the entire camera set (as when an 
external microcomputer is used).
