When the SR-R1 is connected to the PMW-F3, the following operations are possible.
• Record to the SxS card of the PMW-F3 and the SRMemory card of the SR-R1 simultaneously using the
same file names and time code. The MPEG-2 files on the SxS card can be used as material for offline
editing.
• When using S-Log on the PMW-F3, you can apply Monitor LUT to the HD SDI output of the SR-R1.
• Configure Slow & Quick Motion settings on the PMW-F3 to perform Select FPS recording on the SR-
R1 using the FPS setting of the PMW-F3.
Access the SYSTEM Setup menu and set
OTHERS>REC TRIGGER to “SYNCHRO
REC.”
When SYNCHRO REC is enabled, “SYNC
REC” appears at the bottom right of the HOME
screen.
Recording start/stop operations performed on the
PMW-F3 in this mode will affect both the
PMW-F3 and the SR-R1 simultaneously.
