To create a new folder
Select New in step

, then press the joystick. The new folder will create.
To delete a folder or file
Select Delete in step

, then press the joystick. The selected folder or file
will be deleted.
To modify the file name
Select Rename in step

, then press the joystick. Modify the file name with
the number buttons on the Remote Commander, and select OK, then press
the joystick.
Using the White Board
Display the white board on the screen. The same white board will be
displayed on the remote screen, and use it for your data conference.
Note
Select Whiteboard (.WHT) if the remote system correspond to NetMeeting
version 2.11. The NetMeeting version of the Multimedia Terminal
Processor is 3.01.

Display the Data Conference menu.

Select Whiteboard or Whiteboard (.WHT) with the joystick on the
Remote Commander, then press the joystick.
The white board is displayed.

Do the drawing using the mouse or enter characters using the
keyboard.
