To connect a USB mouse or keyboard 

1.

Turn off your computer before you connect or disconnect the mouse or keyboard. 

2.

Locate the USB 

port on your computer, port replicator, or docking station. 

3.

Plug the mouse or keyboard cable into this port. 

  

 You can use a Sony USB mouse, such as the PCGA-UMSI series, with this computer. The USB mouse software driver is

preinstalled; however, the first time you connect a mouse, on-screen installation instructions may appear. Press

 to

complete the on-screen instructions. 

  Connecting a USB Mouse or Keyboard 

You can use an optional Sony USB mouse such as the PCGA-UMS1 series (optional) with this notebook. Since the USB
mouse software driver is preinstalled in the notebook, you simply plug the USB mouse into the USB port to use it. One USB
port supports one USB device.
