What can I do to solve a problem?
If the headset does not function as expected, try the following steps to
resolve the issue.
1.
Find the symptoms of the issue in this manual, and try any
corrective actions listed.

Connect the headset to your computer to charge the battery.

Reset the headset.

Initialize the headset.
This operation resets volume setting, etc. and deletes all pairing
information.

Resetting the headset
Insert a small pin, etc., into the hole, and push it until you feel a click.
