1-4-10. U1 Board
Removal
1. Remove the U1 block assembly.
(Refer to step 1 of Section 1-3-1.)
2. Expand the four portions A, then remove the cover.
3. Remove the screw (BVTP3
x
8) and two screws
(PSW3
x
8), then remove the U1 board from the panel
assembly.
Installation
4. Install the U1 board in the reverse order of steps 2 and
3.
5. Reattach the U1 block assembly.
(Refer to step 1 of Section 1-3-1.)
1-5. Replacing the Main Parts
1-5-1. DC Fan

When attaching the DC fan, be careful of the orientation of
the imprinting.
If the power is turned on with the DC fan removed state,
the self-diagnosis function (Section 4-2.) is activated.

Removal
1. Remove the cabinet assembly.
(Refer to Section 1-3-1.)
2. Disconnect the connector and remove the two screws
(BVST3
x
6), then remove the fan bracket G.
3. Remove the two screws (PSW3
x
12), then remove
the DC fan.
Installation
4. Reattach the DC fan in the reverse order of steps 2 and
3.
5. Reattach the cabinet assembly.
