: this incoming message is only stored in the phone’s memory,
not in the SIM memory and will be deleted if you switch off
the phone. If you want to save this message, see below. Also
refer to page 33: “Memory Class”.

To Reply to or Edit a message
1 Follow steps 1-4 in Viewing Messages.
2 Select Reply and press the Jog Dial to
confirm your selection. The message you
are replying to appears on the display
(scroll to view).
3 Edit the message and press the Jog Dial.
4 Select Send (or Save, Cancel) and press the
Jog Dial to confirm your selection.
To Forward a message
1 Follow steps 1-4 in Viewing Messages.

Select Forward and press the Jog Dial to
confirm your selection. The message you
are forwarding appears on the display.
3 Press the Jog Dial.
4 Enter the phone number to which you
want to send the message (if necessary)
and press the Jog Dial. You can also
choose a number from the Phonebook.
5 Select Send (or Save, Cancel) and press the
Jog Dial to confirm your selection.
