Phonebook

Phonebook Organisation

Your Phonebook is organised in the following sections:

• Voice Mail
• Customized Phonebook of priority entries (entries 1-9)
• Alphabetically-ordered Phonebook (standard entries sorted in

alphabetical order)

• Phonebook Menu with the following options:

Own Number
Creating a New Entry in the alphabetically-ordered Phonebook
FDN Phonebook

(Fixed Dialling Numbers) access

SDN Phonebook

(Service Dialling Numbers) access

Copy All

option to copy all entries

Delete All

option to delete all entries

Note

The FDN Phonebook and SDN Phonebook are SIM Card dependant. The SDN
Phonebook cannot be modified. Contact your Network Operator or Service
Provider for details.

Creating Entries in the Phonebook

Press the Jog Dial in standby mode to
open the Phonebook.

Rotate the Jog Dial up to select Phonebook
Menu.

Press the Jog Dial to select “New Entry”.

Choose SIM to save the entry to the SIM
Card memory or Phone to save to the
phone memory. Press the Jog Dial to
confirm.

Enter the phone number. Press the Jog
Dial to confirm.

Enter the Name. Press the Jog Dial to
confirm.

Press (or ) or wait for a
moment to return to the Phonebook again.
