Converting the Signal Format
EXT Mode
Sends the trigger pulse with the external trigger pulse for E-
DONPISHA from this unit to the XC-7500/8500CE camera
module. The unit continuously outputs still images updated
with every trigger cycle. This mode is available for the
HIGH-SPEED or MIDDLE-SPEED mode. Set the TRIG
switch on the front panel to EXT.
The video output of the XC-7500/8500CE is not
synchronized with that of this unit.
Note
Make sure to input the external trigger pulse to the TRIG IN
connector.
The WEN falling edge timing may not reflect the output
timing of the image updated in the previous trigger. To
always capture the most recently updated image output, do
so in the reset mode.
To synchronize the video output with the
trigger pulse (Reset mode)
The unit can reset the VD signal with the external trigger
pulse and synchronize the video output with the trigger
pulse. In this case, set the internal switch S5-5 to ON. The V
cycle after inputting the trigger pulse depends on the output
mode settings.
Notes
• Do not input the external sync signal in the reset mode.
Otherwise, no video is output.
• Do not set the TRIG switch to INT.
