INSTALLATION, SETTINGS
1. After unpacking the unit, confirm that it has not been damaged during transit. Do not install a damaged product!
Pay attention to the polarity and firstly insert 3 pcs 1,5 V size C batteries to the indoor unit. Screw the battery
cover back on. The indoor unit can also be operated with a power adapter, which is not included. (5 V )
Use the lower button to select from 5 beeps and the middle button to adjust the volume in 5 increments.
2. Insert 1 pcs 12 V battery (23 A type) to the remote control, then slide the battery cover back into place.
3. IMPORTANT! Turn on the indoor unit by turning the slide switch (6) to the ON position. Then also turn on the
indoor unit with the ON button on the remote control. The indicator light (2) flashes 2x.
4. Then insert 3 pcs 1,5 V AAA batteries into the outdoor transmitter and screw the battery compartment cover
back on.
5. When motion is detected on the outdoor transmitter, the red LED illuminates and the unit sends a signal to the
indoor unit.
6. The indoor unit indicates the movement detected by sound signal and light.
7. Use the OFF button on the remote control to turn off the indoor unit. The indicator light (2) flashes 1x. When the
remote switch is turned ON again, the indoor unit will indicate the last set melody and volume when moving.
8. If you turn the indoor unit OFF using the slide switch (6), you must reselect the melody and volume after turning
it on again.
PLACEMENT
You can hang the indoor unit and the outdoor transmitter on a wall with the supplied mounting brackets, or place
them on a flat surface. If the outdoor sensor is exposed to direct sunshine, or other bright light, its motion detection
can be undermined. For the outdoor sensor, in order to achieve accurate detection, choose a shadowed, dry loca-
tion. Although it is resistant to splashing water, it is not necessary to expose it to the effects of an always humid area.
If possible do not place the units in the vicinity of other interfering electromagnetic signal sources. Note, that the
sensors signal range is 120 m in open spaces, which is of course diminished by the walls of buildings, reinforced
concrete structures, and by other interfering electromagnetic radio signal sources.
BATTERY REPLACEMENT
If the battery voltage in the outdoor unit is low, the LED (8) flashes quickly. In the indoor unit, the battery needs to be
replaced if it only beeps and does not light when it detects motion.
If by chance the battery acid has leaked out from the batteries, wear protective gloves, safety googles, and with a dry
clot clean the battery compartment! Take care of correct polarity when inserting the new batteries!
