• When the power is turned on, the last played track can be restarted.
• If your insert a USB and microSD signal source simultaneously, then you can select from
them with the MODE button.
• The recommended file system for memory is FAT32. Do not use a NTFS formatted
memory unit.
• If the unit does not emit sound or USB / microSD memory is not recognized, remove and
then reconnect the memory unit and select it again with the MODE button. If necessary,
turn the power off and on again.
• Remove the external memory only after switching the player off or changed to another
source with the MODE button. Failure to do so may result in data corruption. Do not

WIRED AUDIO INPUTS
The following input options are available to connect external devices with headphone or
audio output to the amplifier:
AUX L+R IN
: stereo input for devices which has stereo audio output – provides true stereo
sounding when using two sound boxes, without using a passive sound box only the „R”
RCA input is active (mono); 2xRCA sockets for receiving the LINE OUT output (mobile
phone, tablet, computer, multimedia player, musical instrument, CD/DVD, mixing
console…), when the
INPUT
push-button is in switched off (
AUX
) position
GUITAR INPUT:
Ć
6,3 mm socket for guitar voice pickup (not accessory)
MIC 1, MIC 2:
Ć
6,3 mm socket for handheld microphones (not accessory, e.g. SAL M 8,
SAL M 71)
• The available sound quality depends on the quality of audio signal provided by the external
device, as well as it is volume and sound settings.
• It is recommended to turn off the volume control on the player and use it only on the sound
box.
• The small signal (volume) entering the sound box may cause excessive noise, and the
signal too high may cause distortion. It is recommended to keep the volume of the signal
source at a moderate level.
• The connection cable and, in some cases, an external adapter may need to be purchased
for proper connection.
• Refer to the instruction manual of the equipment you want to connect for more information.
WIRELESS MICROPHONE
The wireless microphone shipped together with the stage cabinet, operates with 2xAA (1,5
V) batteries (not accessory). Apply durable, alkali batteries. To replace the battery, unscrew
the lower half of the grip and observe the marked polarity, insert the batteries. Set the side
switch into
ON
position on the grip. In the center position of the switch, the microphone will
remain switched on, but it will be muted while the lower position is its switched off position.
The volume of the wired and wireless microphones can be set also by the
M.VOL
regulator.
In both cases, echo effect can be set by the
ECHO
regulator. Priority of voice
announcement; microphone priority
MIC PRIORITY
button: in case of MP3 playback, the
microphone will be given priority over MP3 music played from the USB-SD signal source.
• The range in open terrain is ca. 25 meters.
• The LED on the grip lights, when batteries are discharged and need to be replaced.
• The antenna of the microphone is integrated into the stage cabinet. The position of the
speaker may affect reception quality and range. The actual range depends on the ambient
conditions. (e.g. walls, human bodies, other electrical equipment, movement ...) Do not
move the microphone in your hand as it may affect the sound quality.
• The actual frequency can be found on the display placed on the microphones grip.
• If you do not use the microphone for a long period of time, remove the batteries.
• Abnormal operation, noise may be caused by nearby radio equipment, this does not
indicate the failure of the stage cabinet.
• Battery replacement can only be done by an adult. Remove the discharged battery
immediately from the device. If fluid spilled from it, then pick up protective gloves and clean
the battery compartment with dry clothes. Do not open, fire or short circuit batteries. Non-
rechargeable batteries should not be charged. Risk of explosion.
IMPROVED KARAOKE FUNCTION
With wireless/wired microphones (option, pl. SAL M 8, SAL M 71) you can accompany the
played songs with singing. The sound of the microphone can be listened to with any of the
inputs and functions on the desired volume. Set the volume with the
M VOL
controller, the
echo volume of the microphone with the
ECHO
knob.
As an extra feature, press the INST button to filter out the original vocal tone. You can turn it
on the off with a short press while ON or OFF is displayed. As an extra feature, press the
INST
button to filter out the original vocal tone. You can turn it on and off with a short press
while
ON
or
OFF
is displayed on the screen. Suppressing the singer’s voice allows a more
authentic KARAOKE performance in BT, USB, microSD mode.
• The effectiveness of the automatic filtering of the original singer’s voice varies from song to
song and is highly dependent on the music environment.
• Do not place the microphone in front of or nearby the speaker, because it may cause
whistling sound, buzz.
• Hold the microphone close to your mouth. Different microphones can produce different
sound quality.
