experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for
their safety. Children should be supervised at all times to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

SETUP
When lifting the luminary out of the box, make sure not to hold it by the top ring because the ring is not fastened to the unit.
Improper handling will lead to the product
falling and being damaged.
Remove the battery compartment lid on the bottom of the product.
Insert the three size AA alkaline batteries observing the polarity then replace the compartment lid
securely.
Warning:
The positive battery terminal can vary in length depending on the manufacturer.
If you are unable to turn the unit on, adjust the position of the batteries,
check their contact, or perhaps use batteries of a different manufacture.
The battery should be replaced by adults only.
Do not use different types of batteries and/or
used and new batteries together.
Remove the exhausted batteries from the unit immediately.
If they have leaked electrolyte, wear protective gloves and clean the
battery compartment with a dry cloth.
POWERING ON
Turn on the light using the BULB switch.
Colorful images will appear on nearby walls.
Either concurrently or independently, the LED button can be used to achieve a
continuous color change which makes the experience more lively.
The two modes of operation can be varied freely.
The batteries will last longer if you select LED
mode only.
Set both switches to the off position after use.
The projected images are best viewed in a darkened room, within 1 or 2 meters from the unit.
POWER SUPPLY
You can also use an external AC adapter instead of batteries to power the unit.
This is a good solution if you use it regularly and in the same location.
The central
terminal of the adapter socket is of positive polarity and a 4.5 V DC adapter can be connected to it.
Recommended model: MW 3N6, for example.
Make sure that the
proper voltage and polarity are selected.
When the adapter is connected, the batteries are not isolated from the power circuit so they should be removed in advance.
Failure to do so will result in damage to
or malfunction of the adapter and/or unit.
Keep out of reach of children when powered of mains supply.
Unplug the adapter after use.
The unit should be located so
as to allow easy access and removal of the power adapter.
Lead the power cable so as to prevent it from being pulled out accidentally or tripped over.
Do not lead
the power cable under carpets, doormats, etc.
CARE
Power off the unit and unplug the adapter's plug before cleaning.
Use only a soft, dry cloth and brush for cleaning.
Do not use any aggressive cleaners or fluids.
WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS

Do not attempt to lift the unit by the ring on top because it is not fastened.
•
Adult supervision is required whenever the unit is powered by an adapter.
•
Never connect the unit to the mains with wet hands.
•
The product is not designed for domestic lighting. It is suitable only for projecting light effects.
•
Only for indoor use, in a dry place.
•
Do not disassemble or modify the unit as this may cause fire, accident or electric shock.
•
Immediately power off the unit if any malfunction is detected and seek the assistance of a specialist.
•
Protect the appliance from dust, humidity, liquids, moisture, frost and shock as well as from direct heat and sunlight.
•
Do not place any open flame sources such as burning candles on the unit.
•
Do not expose the unit to splashing water and do not place any liquid-filled objects such as cups on the unit.
•
In case of any anomaly, immediately power off the unit and contact a specialist.
•
The LED light source in the luminary is not user replaceable.
Do not stare into the LED light source and do not aim into others' eyes or reflective surfaces.

TROUBLESHOOTING
In the event of malfunction, switch the unit off and see the following guide.
The bulb fails to illuminate or only illuminates faintly.
• T
he bulb has become loose in its socket.
–
Carefully turn it as far as it will go.
•
The bulb has burned out.
–
Replace the bulb with one of the same specifications.
•
The batteries are exhausted.
–
Insert three new alkaline batteries of the same kind.
•
The power adapter is not working.
–
Check whether the unit functions by inserting batteries.
Replacing the bulb
:
Remove the ring on top of the unit then remove the round film.
Carefully remove the bulb then insert a
new one of the same type.
Please remove the adapter from the outlet prior to this operation.
Use only a light source with
parameters identical to the one supplied with the unit.
