9 Maintenance of
SOMNOwatch™ plus
9.1 Maintenance rate
Return the SOMNOwatch™ plus to SOMNOmedics after 3 years of usage for inspection. The
inspection includes Calibration of all the Recording Channels and visual inspection for any external
damage.
9.2 Cleaning and disinfection
Regularly clean the device to ensure trouble free operation.
Cleaning the device:
Wipe the
case
using only mild detergents. DO NOT use a wet or fluffy cloth.
Other disinfectants, approved by DGHM, may be used after testing that they do not damage the
surface of the device.
Do not use an autoclave for cleaning the
SOMNOwatch™ plus or any of its accessories.
