The FTS is a complete system comprising 2 actuators and a control box.
•
This system is used for unwinding fabric between 2 tubes, while controlling the tension.
•
The fabric is unwound via a strap-drawn load bar to which the fabric is attached.
•
One of the actuators is housed in the tube on which the fabric winds and unwinds. The other is housed in the opposite
•
tube on which the straps wind and unwind, by means of the guidance pulleys.
The operation of the 2 actuators is co-ordinated via a special control box, which also ensures:
•
Dynamic fabric tension as it unwinds/winds.
•
An end fabric tension.
