Coolant

Coolant

Battery and Drive Motor Coolant

This vehicle uses a specific type of coolant

which should never be mixed with other

coolant types. See

“Parts and Maintenance Items”, page 7-2

Do not allow anyone except an ElectraMeccanica Authorized

Service Provider to top off or change the coolant, as this could

damage the system and void the warranty.

The vehicle contains two coolant reservoirs. The reservoir under

the hood beneath the maintenance cover is for the

high-voltage battery system, and the one located in the rear is

for the drive motor system.
The coolant levels should be checked and replaced as needed

by an ElectraMeccanica Authorized Service Provider during

the scheduled maintenance intervals. See

“Maintenance

Schedule Chart”, page 7-4
