STEP 3: HANDLE BAR ASSEMBLY
1. Install the two Wave Washers (81) onto the Handle Bar axles.
2. Slide the Left and Right Handle Bars (10,11) onto the appropriate side of the axle. There is a
small sticker on the handlebars indicating L (left) or R (right).
3. Assemble the two 3/8 x 30mm Flat Washers (97) onto the two 3/8 x 3/4 Hex Head Bolts
(103). Install in the threaded holes in the ends of the axle and tighten by using the 13/14mm
Wrench (106).
4. Install the Front Handle Bar Cover (L-54) and Rear Handle Bar Cover (L-54~1) onto the
Handle Bar (L-10) with the four 3.5x12mm Screws (87).
5. Repeat step 4 to install the right side Handle Bar Covers.
STEP 4: PEDAL / CONNECTING ARM ASSEMBLY
1. Align the hole of the rod end bearing - located at the end of the Connecting Arms (8&9) -
with the holes in the bracket of the Handle Bars (10&11). The rod end bearing should be
aligned inside the U shaped Handle Bar bracket. Take two 5/16" x 1-1/4" Hex Head Screws
(104) and install them through the left and right Handle Bar brackets and rod ends. Install
two 5/16" x 20 mm Flat Washers (80) and the 5/16" Nylon Nuts (71) on the 5/16" x 1-1/4"
Hex Head Screws (104) and tighten firmly by using 12m/mWrench (109) and 13/14 m/m
Wrench (106). There is a sleeve spacer installed in the rod end bearing; make sure it does
not fall out during assembly.
2. Install the four sets of Connecting Arm Covers (57,57-1 & 58,58-1) over the connection of
the left and right side rod end bearings and Handle Bars (10 & 11) with eight M5 x 15m/m
Phillips Head Screws (105) and eight 3.5x12m/m Screws (87) using the Phillips Head Screw
Driver (108).
3. Install the two Slide Wheel Covers (52) on the left and right Pedal Arms (6,7) - above the
Slide Wheels - with four M5x12mm Phillips Head Screws (105).
*This step is for E25 only:
4. Install the four Rear Stabilizer Covers (117,118 - 2 each) on the Rear Stabilizers of the Rail
Assembly (2) using four M5x15mm Phillips Head Screws (105).
*These steps are for E95 only:
5. Place the front half of the Rail Assembly Cover (117) in place where the main body meets
the rail assembly but do not fasten yet.
6. Install the rear half of the Rail Assembly Cover (118) on the rear rail assembly (2) by lifting
the pedal arms up so the wheels can slide through the openings in the cover. Slide the
cover forward and rest the support tube on the front of the rail assembly - under the front
cover - and Install the two M5x50mm Philips Head Screws (123) in the rear to hold it in
place.
7. Install the two M5 x 15m/m Phillips Head Screws (105) and the two 5 x 16m/m Tapping
Screws (122) into the front half of the rail assembly cover.
