The Load icon (bottom right hand corner of the screen) indicates that the UPS is not bearing a
load.
The Alarm icon is active because the UPS is in OFF mode, instead of normal
operating mode.
(not first time) To perform a UPS startup:
1.
From the System Menu, select Operation > Turn OFF/ON > System ON.
- OR
From the System Menu, select the ON/OFF button (upper right-hand corner of the screen)
and then select System ON.
2.
Wait for about 2 minutes for the UPS to start up.
While waiting, you can press the
(Status) icon to view a display of the system status on
the Status screen.
At the top of the Status screen the message should be UPS ON, Bypass mode (Activation).
Once all power modules are operational the system transfers the load to the inverters and the
message on the Status screen changes to UPS ON, Normal mode.
3.
If instead of the expected message on the Status screen being UPS ON, Normal mode the
message remains UPS ON, Bypass mode, navigate to Main > Operation > ON/OFF >
modules ON, select all power modules and select Confirm.
If the power modules do not accept the command, there may be a problem with the rectifier
voltage. You can see the input voltage readings on the Status screen. If the readings are not
within acceptable limits, verify that the external circuit breaker for the rectifier input voltage is
ON, and that the correct rectifier input voltage properly to the UPS terminals.
4.
Connect the load and observe the results on the (Status) screen.
5.
Verify that the output voltage values, and the load-level bar graph now indicate the load
percentage (if any) and the load's relative power consumption.
UPS start-up is now complete!
To transfer the UPS to ECO mode, refer to ECO mode section, in the
Installation Guide.
