installed by SOFARSOLAR to the End User as set out in the Table of these
Terms and Conditions;
g) “Warranty Period" means the applicable warranty period of the relevant
Product as stipulated in the Table of these Terms and Conditions.
Warranty Conditions
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You
are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation
for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to
have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and
the failure does not amount to a major failure. Subject to any statutory rights
which cannot be excluded (including the ACL) and the terms of any warranty
stipulated in these Terms and Conditions, the End User acknowledges that:
