INCLINE UP/DOWN buttons to set the first line of the INCLINE PROFILE. After completing the set up for the
first line of both the SPEED and INCLINE PROFILES press the ENTER button. The first line of both the SPEED
and INCLINE PROFILES will stop blinking and the Message Center will show “
PRESS ENTER TO CONT. SET
UP OR START TO RUN
“. To continue setting up the program press the ENTER button. The second line of both
the SPEED and INCLINE PROFILES will start blinking. Follow the same procedure to set up the entire program.
When the program set up is complete, press the START button to run the program. The program will automatically
be saved in the computer for future use.
During the set up procedure if no buttons are pressed within 3 minutes the computer will return to POWER ON
status.
HEART RATE CONTROL
When the computer is in POWER ON status press the button on the console. The Message Center shows
“
HEART RATE CONTROL
” then “
SET USER WEIGHT BY PRESS SPEED UP/DOWN THEN ENTER
”. If no
buttons are pressed within 3 minutes the computer will return to POWER ON status.
USER WEIGHT SET UP
After the Message Center shows “
SET USER WEIGHT
BY SPEED UP/DOWN THEN ENTER
” once the Message
Center display will turn black and the USER WEIGHT LED
will light up. The Message Center will show “
110 LB
”
which is the default USER WEIGHT value. Press the
SPEED UP/DOWN buttons to set the USER WEIGHT
then press the ENTER button. If neither SPEED UP/DOWN
buttons are pressed within 30 seconds the Message Center
will continue to show “
SET USER WEIGHT BY SPEED
UP/DOWN THEN ENTER
” again until a number is entered
for the USER WEIGHT. If you do not wish to continue with
this program, press the STOP button to return to POWER
ON status.
USER HEIGHT SET UP
After completing the USER WEIGHT SET UP the
Message Center will show “
SET USER HEIGHT BY
SPEED UP/DOWN THEN ENTER
” once then the
display will turn black and the USER HEIGHT LED
will light up. The Message Center will show “
59 IN
”
which is the default USER HEIGHT value. Press the
SPEED UP/DOWN buttons to set the USER HEIGHT
then press the ENTER button. If neither SPEED
UP/DOWN buttons are pressed within 30 seconds
