Over Temperature Alarm Test
The HOTLINE
Warmer should be running at an operating temperature
of approximately 39°C to 40°C.

Press and hold the Over Temperature Alarm Test button (
a
).

Observe the following:
• The recirculating solution Over Temperature Alarm activates at
41°C.
• The green Operating LED turns off.
• The red Over Temperature LED (
b
) illuminates.
• The audible alarm sounds and repeats approximately every two
seconds.

Stop pressing the Over Temperature Alarm Test button to stop the
test.
Add Recirculating Solution Test
The HOTLINE
Warmer is equipped with a float switch, which senses the
recirculating
solution level in the reservoir. When the
recirculating
solution is too low, the Add Recirculating Solution Alarm will activate.

Remove the fill-port plug (

) on the reservoir.

Gently depress the float switch (

). (This action will simulate the
low solution condition.)
Note: Use a non-metal tool to depress the float switch because the
float switch contains a magnet.

Observe the following:
• The green Operating LED turns off.
• The red Add
Recirculating
Solution LED (

) illuminates.
• The audible alarm sounds and repeats approximately every two
seconds.
