The times given in the table are indicative and refer to the following operating conditions:
400V – 7.0 kW threephase electric power supply
Cold water supplied at 20°C – 3 bar
Programs 1 and 2 are actually not washing programs but simple prewashes lasting 5 minutes. They are useful if the appliance is partially filled with materials dirtied with
blood and a true washing program need not be used at that time. This prevents the blood from coagulating, thus making the instruments easier to clean and preventing
longer washing programs from having to be used.
