Mounting 

1. 

Mount the fan motor to the bracket. (Motor mounting screw x 3) 

 

 

 

2. 

Apply Loctite to the fan fixing bolt and fix the fan to the motor with it. (Fan fixing bolt x 1) 

[Key point] 

The fan fixing bolt gets in the slit of the shaft.   

 

3. 

Mount the start-up capacitor. (Screw x 1) 

 

 

   

4. 

Mount the connector [FAN1] of the fan motor.   

 

5. 

Put wires into the locking wire saddle (2pcs) and close the saddle.

Check 

When the fan motor is replaced, rotate the fan by hand and check that it turns with no 
interference.
