(Options: 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256, 512, 1K, 2K, 4K, 8K,

16K, 32K, 64K, 128K, 256K, 512K, 1024K pps)
Due to an ASIC limitation, the enforced rate limits are slightly less

than the listed options. For example: 1 Kpps translates into an

enforced threshold of 1002.1 pps.
