Remove the projector following the instructions provided in the projector mounting kit. Be
sure to support the projector with one hand as you remove the fasteners and slide the
projector free.

5 

Return the boom to its operating position by loosening the captive thumbscrews by the
slide stop and tightening them at the other set of screw holes. Gently push the boom back
to its operating position.

6 

Reinstall the boom's cover.

7 

Service the projector following the instructions in the projector's owner manual. When
servicing is complete, return the projector to the projector mounting plate following the
instructions included in the projector mounting kit.

Upgrading Your Firmware

The firmware in the control panel has flashable memory. Should your firmware require an
upgrade, you will be contacted by SMART Technologies Inc. and instructions will be provided.
