SMART LightRaise Installation and User's Guide
Using an External Computer
Connecting an external computer to the SMART LightRaise projector mount requires only two
simple connections: one to a free serial COM port and one to the monitor port.
You have already connected these cables to the LightRaise mount and have placed them
conveniently on the right side of the console, wrapped around the cable cleats (see page 43).
Both cables extend to a maximum of 15'
(45.7 m).
NOTE:
To release the cable bundle from the cable cleats, put your thumb on one cleat's
center post while you gently pull its handle out and turn it. The handle turns so you can easily
free the cable bundle.
