2.4 Parental lock
The parental lock protects your receiver against unauthorized access.
Menu lock: With this option, you can activate or deactivate password
protection necessary for accessing the “Installation”, “Environment” and
“Change/Delete Channel List”. Use the “
”, “ ” keys.
Code setting: You can specify a new password. Ensure that the pre-set
password is “0000”. If you have lost the code, please use our hotline.
After selecting “Code setting”, confirm the selection with “OK”.
Current code: Enter your current code.
New code: Enter your new code.
Confirm new code: Confirm your new password. You will then be
returned to the “Environment Menu” automatically.
2.5 OSD settings
Here you can set the duration for which the OSD should appear on the
monitor screen and define the OSD transparency.
OSD screen time: Select from among 2, 3, 5, 10, or 15 sec., to define the
period after which the programme info box disappears.
OSD “Degree of clarity”: Define how clear the OSD should be.
You can select a value from “1” (brightest) to “10” (darkest).
