Create Master and Attendee 1
8.3.2.1 Master
*1400ny*
possible entries for “n“ are “1“ for Call number 1 and “2“ for Call number 2
For the Master at least one valid call number (= Call number 1) must be set, but the master,
as can all users, may also be assigned a second additional call number (= Call number 2).
“y“ stands for the Master’s call number
Each call number can have up to 24 digits and can be chosen freely. Except for numbers,
spaces and the following special characters may be used: “#“ and “*“. To use an asterisk (*)
as part of the call number, it must be masked with a hash, i. e. entering “#*” will result in “*”.
Example:
If you want to assign two call numbers to the master, for example “+110” (= Call number 1) and “*112” (Call
number 2, you enter the following: *14001+110* and after that *14002#*112*
The Master does not need an SKS BUS-address as he can’t be called directly but serves only as a
general
forwarding destination
, i. e. to divert calls at night or when absent to a switchboard.
For the master the following functions are available:
✓
Call number 2 before number 1
(can be activated without programming mode)
Activated by entering *23001*, deactivated by *2300x* (x = one-digit number not equal to 1)
Example:
If the master should be called at number 2 before number 1, you enter *23001*, to deactivate the func
-
tion e. g. *23000*, *23002*, *23003*, … or *23009*.
✓
No signalling of calls
(can be activated without programming mode)
Activated by entering
*20001*
, deactivated by
*2000x*
(x = one-digit number not equal to 1)
Example:
If no call should be put through to the master’s call number, you enter *20001*, to deactivate the func
-
tion e. g. *20000*, *20002*, *20003*, … or *20009*.
✓
Call redirection active
(can be activated without programming mode)
Activated by entering *21001*, deactivated by *2100x* (x = one-digit number not equal to 1)
Example:
Should the second call number of the master be dialled when the call to the first number is not an-
swered you enter *21001*, to deactivate the function e. g. 21000*, *21002*, *21003*, … or *21009*.
The time interval after which the call is redirected is determined in the general settings (see chapter
9.2.5.2).
✓
Redirect all calls to master
(can be activated in programming mode only)
Activated by entering
*121*
, deactivated by
*12x*
(x = one-digit number not equal to 1)
Example:
Should all attendees be redirected to master, you enter *121*, to deactivate the function e. g. *120*,
*122*, *123*, … or *129*.
✓
Redirect all calls to master from ___ to ____ o’clock
(can be activated in programming mode only)
Activated by entering *131*, deactivated by *13x* (x = one-digit number not equal to 1)
Example:
Should all attendees be redirected to the master in the respective time span, you enter *131*, to deac
-
tivate enter e. g. *130*, *132*, *133*, … or *139*.
The time itself can only be set on the program interface and cannot be changed via DTMF! !
