Calibration
Once it has been determined that an adjustment is required, the drum
thermometer will need to be calibrated.
To calibrate the drum thermometer
1. Remove the drum thermometer from the cabinet (see above).
2. Use a small bladed screwdriver to open the drum thermometer body.
3. Fit a small screwdriver to
the black centre spindle.
Hold the white drum to
ensure that it does not
move while turning the
spindle. Turn the spindle
clockwise to make the
reading colder and
anticlockwise to make it
read warmer.
