This attachment allows SKILSAW SPT79A Medusaw™ walk behind saw to function as an early
entry concrete saw and is designed for residential and light commercial projects . Early entry saw
controls random cracking of the concrete by making early contraction cuts, often within 1 – 2 hours
after the finishing process is complete. The combination of the spring-loaded skid plate and the early
entry diamond wheel specifically designed for this application, allows early entry sawing while min -
imizing chipping and spalling of the cut edges .
Intended Use
WARNING
For your own safety, never
connect the saw to a power
outlet until all assembly steps are completed
and until you have read and understood the
entire instruction manual.
TOOLS REQUIRED: A screwdriver that accepts
standard 1/4" hexagonal bits is required to use
the T25 torx bit .
Separate all parts from the packing materials and
check each one against the “Loose Parts List" to
make sure that all items are accounted for before
discarding any packing material .
WARNING
If any parts are missing, do
not attempt to assemble the
early entry attachment until the missing parts
are obtained and are installed correctly.
