1.  Up to 5 XSIG cards are allowed per source NAC. 
2.  XSIG cards must be in same location as the source NAC. 
3.  The source NAC does not supervise for shorts during standby; short circuit supervision is provided by 

the XSIG NACs. 

4.  The EOLR Jumper P3 is installed in the IN position (2-3) for the last card in the chain. 
5.  The power supply source NAC is always wired in a Class B configuration even when the NAC is 

configured as Class A. 

6.  All wiring is between 18 AWG (0.8231 mm

) (minimum) and 12 AWG (3.309 mm
