GRIDDLE

It is important to keep the griddle surface clean from all residues, also during use.
For this it is important to keep the griddle always covered with food and lubricants of room temperature (food oil, fat, butter
etc.). Leftovers can be pushed into the liquid tray so that the griddle surface is used in perfect condition. To finalize cleaning it
is necessary to rub an oily cloth or paper towel over the surface in order to prevent from rusting.
We recommend cleaning the plancha griddle and the liquid container with a mild cream cleaner on a non-abrasive pad at
least once a week.

STORING AND MAINTENANCE

We recommend that you keep a maintenance plan as this is the only way to ensure the plancha’s ideal conditions and functioning.

Any handling of the appliance will be carried out by personnel authorized by the manufacturer.
If you detect any trouble, please get in touch with our technical service in order to evaluate the situation proceeding to its repair.
Empty and clean the liquid container after each use (uncouple by lifting slightly).
The appliance needs to be serviced by qualified personnel annually. Heating elements are verified as part of this service.

8. TROUBLE SHOOTING

This manual is for your immediate reference on how you can quickly solve small problems you might encounter:

•  The heating circuit does not heat up:

Most probably there is a lack of electricity.
Check that the plug is in the socket and that the plancha is connected with it.

•  There is electricity but the heating circuit does not heat up:

It is possible that the power switch does not work correctly. In this case, notify the manufacturer or the customer service.

•  The plancha griddle is not hot enough:

Turn up the heat with the temperature control knob.

•  It is not possible to turn up the heat with the temperature control knob:

Notify the manufacturer or customer service.

9. CHANGING PARTS

We recommended that a qualified technician may change parts. Please get in touch with the manufacturer or customer service.

WARNING

The manufacturer is not responsible for any modification made to its original state.

Incorrect use or bad usage invalidates the manufacturing warranty. The manufacturer is not

responsible for the plancha’s functioning and quality if they were caused by not following
