efficiency
Preventive. maintenance. operations.

Anyway,.verify.cleanness.and.remove.
any. oxidation. or. dirt. on. the. connec-
tions. between. thermopile. and. gas.
valve.and.thermocouple.and.gas.val-
ve.
4.7 TROUBLESHOOTING
The burner does not switch-on.
–. Check.that.the.gas.flow.is.regular.
and. that. air. has. been. removed.
from.the.pipes.
–..Check.that.the.pilot.nozzle.hole.is.
not.clogged.
–..Check.the.activation.operations.
The activator does not emit the
discharge.
–. Replace. the. failed. piezoelectric.
activator.
–. The.electrode.is.not.positioned.cor-
rectly. or. has. failed. and. must. be.
replaced.
–. Ensure. there. is. no. false. contact.
between. terminal. and. activator.
cable.
The pilot burner switches off when
the activation button is released.
–. Check. that. the. pilot. burner. flame.
covers.the.thermocouple.sufficien-
tly.
–..Adjust.the.gas.flow.rate.to.the.pilot.
–..Check. that. the. thermocouple. ter-
minals. are. correctly. fastened. to.
the.safety.thermostat.
