Figure 11, operation CC-mode
CLFB (Closed Loop FeedBack) mode operation:
If the IQ Com is set to CLFB mode, the desired webvoltage must be set with the parameter
"Setpoint webvoltage". When using CLFB mode, the IQ Com must be associated with a Sensor
IQ Easy bar (6.2.7). The Sensor IQ Easy bar will measure the web tension and the generator
output voltage will adapt constantly so that the desired web tension is reached. The maximum
output voltage of the generator can be set with the parameter "Output voltage limit".

6.2.3. Continuous- and Remote-mode
By default, the IQ Com is set to Continuous mode. When the IQ Com is set to Continuous
mode, the high voltage on the generator output will be active if the following conditions are met:
- The IQ Com must be set to “Run”
- A “Setpoint” must be set
The IQ Com has two types of remote mode:
- A remote input on the machine connector of the IQ Easy manager. "Remote on / off
source" must be set to "Remote input1" (Figure 8) and "Enable remote analog input"
must be set "Off" (Figure 9). The IQ Com now responds to the remote on / off input from
the manager.
- A quick remote input on the PLC connector of the IQ Com. "Remote on / off source" must
be set to "Remote input1" (Figure 8) and "Enable remote analog input" must be set "On"
(Figure 9). The IQ Com now responds to the remote on / off input of the PLC connector
on the IQ Com
