Preparing the appliance
♦
If you have not already done so, carry out all the preparations as described
in the section
”Preparations”
.

Add the ingredients to be processed into the funnel
. We recommend you
do not use more than 300 g of ingredients per pass to avoid overloading the
filter

Place the lid
on the funnel
in such a way that the locking appliance on
the lid
engages in the receptacle on the funnel
.
♦
Insert the plug into the mains power socket. You will hear a beep. If you hear
several beeps, the appliance has not been properly assembled. In this case,
check that the individual parts are seated correctly.
Starting the appliance
NOTE
►
You may hear some loud, squeaky operating noises, especially when
processing small, hard ingredients, such as chia seeds. This is normal and
is not an appliance fault. If the press screw
blocks, proceed as
described in the section
““Removing a blockage””
.

Press the button

to switch on the appliance. The appliance heats up,
the integrated control lamp
.
lights up red. Depending on the ambient
temperature, the heating process takes approx. 30 seconds.
NOTE
►
If no further input is made within 5 minutes, the appliance switches off
again automatically.

Press the button

to start the appliance.
If the appliance is already sufficiently heated, it will start immediately.
The control lamp

lights up green.
If the appliance is not yet sufficiently hot, the control lamp
.
flashes red.
It starts automatically as soon as the heating process is completed.

Once all the ingredients have been processed, pause the appliance and,
if necessary, empty the filter

and the two containers
. Once this has
been done, you can add more ingredients.
