Note:
Preserving jars that are still warm
are sensitive to draughts. Where
possible, you should therefore leave
them in the container

until they have
cooled right down. Should you need the
appliance beforehand, you can take the
warm jars out, place them on a towel
and cover them up with another towel
until they have cooled right down.
16.Label the jars with the contents and the
date you preserved them.
17. Store your preserves in a dry, dark, cool
place, and they will then keep for up to
a year.
6.3 Keeping liquids and soups warm
This appliance is also ideal for keeping
mulled wine, cocoa, soups and hot pots
warm.
Warning!
Make sure there is never too
much liquid in the appliance. The level of
liquid must always be below "MAX". If there
is too much liquid, the appliance might
overflow.
