Install Expansion PCI Cards
You can install six expansion PCI cards in the system.
Check all Cable Connections and Airflow
Make sure all power and data cables are properly connected and not blocking the chassis airflow.
Check the Drive Bay Setup
Next, you should check to make sure the system disk drives and disk drive backplane have been
properly installed and all connections have been made.
Check the System Disk Drives
The two 2.5” system drives are internal and require removing the top chassis cover and sliding out
the motherboard tray. You can access the 36 hot swappable data drives from the front and the rear
(24 in the front and 12 in the rear, as shown in
Figure 3-7 and Figure 3-8 ).
